Kenneth Bradley, MD

Dr. Kenneth Bradley is a pain management specialist and anesthesiologist treating patients in the Torrance and greater California areas. He is affiliated with Little Company of Mary Hospital, Torrance Memorial Medical Center both in Torrance, California and Gardena Medical Center in Gardena, California. He was most recently attached to the 328th Forward Combat Support Hospital in Sacramento, California serving injured combat soldiers through pain management. Before his recent separation after 18 years of service in the Army he served in two deployments at Landsthul Regional Medical Center, Germany and Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington D.C.. Russ Halbert, PA

Rushton Halbert is a physician’s assistant with Southern California Pain Consultants. He worked as a nurse early in his career and then went on to receive his master’s degree in physician assistant. As a physician’s assistant in the early 80s, he helped in a methadone clinic to adjust medications and supervised maintenance. He then spent the next 29 years working for Kaiser Permanente Hospital in primary care.
